The hotel offers a nice room, but not as nice as the 20th-floor room with a balcony view all the way to English Bay. It was super clean and very comfortable, although the balcony was missing. The service was excellent with some minor lapses in local knowledge. The central location is perfect for shopping and touring, despite overlooking a parking lot and air conditioning equipment. The dining experience was decent but had room for improvement. Overall, a convenient stay with great value for money.
